Our staff involved in our quality processes include our colleagues trained as customer representatives, and we place great importance to the perception of quality .

Our quality team works to ensure that all process from entry of materials to dispatching of parts to the customer are in compliance with Customer's Technical Specifications and Customer's Specific Requirements.

The return process starts with the feedback of the customer and it is managed according to the customer's specific requirements (Portal, 8D, etc.) until the last report date and any reports required are issued.

Return monitoring data are included in the Key Performance Indicators and continuous improvement is aimed with the results obtained from these data.
