The hot plating process consists of three stages.
1- The heater assembly is inserted between the 2 parts to be welded and heats the parts up to their melting points.
2-The heater assembly is pulled away from the plastic parts and the 2 parts are contacted.
3- The parts contacted by force are waited until they are cooled.
After cooling the welding process is completed.

Products assembled on the assembly line are put into a 100% leakage test to determine whether there are any leaks on the products.
A visual inspection is performed in this process. Scratched, cut, deformed etc. products or materials that may occur in the lines or that may have been overlooked are detected with this process.
