Newly recruited personnel receive OHS and Environmental Orientation training before they are allowed in to the production site. OHS and Environmental Orientation training takes a full day and a field activity is held after theoretical training to show the contents of the training as applied; and in particular, a drill is performed by using the route from the emergency exit doors to the gathering areas.
A Basic Occupational Safety Training (8 hours) and a Basic Occupational Health Training (4 hours) are held for all personnel at least once a year. General environmental trainings are held at least once a year for all personnel (3 hours).
Internal and external Occupational Health and Safety & Environment trainings (First Aid Trainings, Emergency Trainings, Emergency Drills, Chemical and Waste Trainings, Chemical and Waste Drills, Ergonomics Trainings, Working at Height Trainings, Single Point Trainings etc.) included in the training plan are held within the year.

Recruitment examinations, return to work examinations, continuous follow-up of pregnant/nursing employees, and periodical examinations are carried out regularly by the occupational physician. Periodical health examinations are repeated every 2 years in Aygersan, and the results of the examinations are inspected by the Occupational Physician and Other Medical Personnel, and thus necessary actions are taken.

To ensure and maintain a safe working environment for our employees, measurements of pressure vessels, lift trucks, pallet trucks, lightning rods and grounding installation, inspections of fire installation/pumps, inspections of fire extinguishers and fire detection systems, maintenance of transformers and LV-MV cells, inspections of distribution boards, manlifts, load platform, rack systems, and maintenance of natural gas plants are carried out by authorized organizations as per the Annual Work Plan.
Maintenance periods required are established by our Maintenance Department, and periodical maintenance of work equipment are also performed through internal/external services.

Indoor measurements (noise, thermal comfort, dust, voc, lighting measurements and personal exposure measurements) are carried out periodically by authorized organizations.
